We were welcomed as soon as we walked in the door, facilities were very clean and inviting. Rooms were large, clean and the decor was nice. Bathroom was very clean and everything you needed for your stay was provided. Breakfast area was beautiful, pool area very nice with comfortable seating and there was a great gathering place right outside the pool door that we enjoyed with our Son and his Fiance. We would most certainly stay again if in that area. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who is in Richmond, Virginia or the surrounding area. We stayed overnight for the Nascar race

The staff was wonderful, very inviting and attentive. The room was very clean and while I don’t usually take advantage of the usual complementary breakfast we did on this stay and it was great.

The location is in Short Pump, just outside of Richmond proper. It's very near restaurants, coffee shops, and a few grocery stores. Great little indoor pool, a nice outside courtyard to relax in, and a beautiful view of the wooded area out back. Loved the fitness center too. The staff was A-MA-ZING. So friendly, and polite, and nearly all the staff I spoke to were bilingual (which is such an asset and they should be paid accordingly!).

The morning breakfast was good. The potatoes and eggs were nice and hot. I would have liked to see a various type of muffins. My enjoyed the oatmeal. Please add some bananas to the fresh fruits.

Breakfast was tasty and hot, but there should be a turkey bacon or beef/turkey sausage option available. My husband couldn't eat the bacon nor pork sausage that was available.
